CBC - Cannabichromenes (CBC) is a component found in the cannabis plant.
CBD - Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of the main components found in the cannabis plant. CBD works with both CB1 and CB2 receptors in the body which can have therapeutic effects on the Endocannabinoid system.
CBDL - Cannabinodiol (CBDL) is a component found in the cannabis plant.
CBE - Cannabielsoin (CBE) is a component found in the cannabis plant.
CBG - Cannabigerols (CBG) is a component found in the cannabis plant.
CBL - Cannabicyclol (CBL) is a component found in the cannabis plant.
CBN - Cannabinol (CBN) is a component found in the cannabis plant.
CBT - Cannabitriol (CBT) is a component found in the cannabis plant.
CBD Living - Are a company who specialise in creating CBD products using nanotechnology to increase the bioavailability of the cannabinoids into the body.
Cannabinoids - a class of diverse chemical compounds that acts on cannabinoid receptors in the endocannabinoid system.
Canavape - Are a UK company that produces high quality CBD e-liquid used for vaping.
CB1 - a receptor present in the central nervous system (brain).
CB2 - a receptor mainly situated in the peripheral organs especially associated to cells with the immune system.
ECS - Endocannabinoid System (ECS) is found in the human body and most mammals. The essential job is to keep the body in balance with all other systems to counter any stresses. It is located in several parts of the body including; Brain and Central Nervous Systems, Peripheral Nervous Systems, Gastrointestinal System and Connective Tissue.
Entourage Effect - is the theory that the consumption of cannabinoids as a full spectrum (including many, not one isolated component) increases the therapeutic effects.
Hemp - The fibre of the cannabis plant, extracted from the stem and generally used to make rope, strong fabrics, fibreboard, and paper.
Lord Jones - Is a company that produces high-end CBD products such as edibles, lotions and tinctures.
Phytocannabinoids - are cannabinoids that occur naturally in the cannabis plant. The prefix ‘phyto’ means ‘derived from plants’. See also; Cannabinoids.
THC - Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is a component found in the cannabis plant. It is the psychotropic part and creates the “high” / intoxication effect. It is also illegal in most parts of the World. THC solely works with the CB1 receptor in the brain. CBD also binds with the CB1 receptor and can reduce the “high” effects dramatically.
Terpenes - The essential oil contained in plants. In relation to CBD and the cannabis plant, Terpenes give particular strains distinct aromas. Further study has shown that terpene levels can interact with cannabinoid receptors which can assist the effect.
Wildflower - is a company that produces high end CBD products which include a disposable vape pen, soap, tinctures and roll on applications.
